Terms of Service

Operator

Minting is operated by Lucifers Caretaker as an independent creator service. The operator is not presented as a separate incorporated company. Applicable law depends on the operator’s place of residence and the user’s mandatory local consumer laws. Support is available through @lucifercaretaker on Farcaster.

Onchain actions

Minting uses Base. Wallet requests, contract actions, network fees, and NFT transfers are final once confirmed. Review every amount and recipient in your wallet. Minting cannot reverse a blockchain transaction.

Fees

Paid creator-drop mints charge a 2% app fee. Marketplace buyers pay the listed item price; Minting deducts a 2.5% app fee from every completed sale. A 7-day Featured boost costs 0.0001 ETH. The app fee wallet is 0x4753b8c3623e985434c22000966dfd6c9c0bc3e3. The remaining paid-drop amount goes directly to the collection creator. New Minting Caster NFTs set a 5% creator royalty for later resales; the built-in marketplace pays it to the original creator before the seller receives the remaining item price. Separate creator launch fees and other promotion charges are not active unless a future screen shows an exact price and confirmation.

Mystery packs and daily collectibles

Origins mystery packs cost exactly $0.49, $0.99, $1.99, or $2.99 USDC on Base. The contract sends 80% of each pack sale to the Origins creator wallet and 20% to the platform wallet shown before payment. Approval and purchase are separate wallet actions. Higher pack tiers guarantee a higher minimum rarity, and the contract assigns the final rarity after the required Base blocks. Daily Origin collectibles have no purchase price, can be claimed once per rolling 24 hours, and still require network gas. Confirmed onchain actions cannot be cancelled or refunded by Minting.

Creator responsibility

Creators must have rights to the artwork and metadata they upload. They are responsible for collection descriptions, allowlists, holder rules, reserved wallets, reveals, and airdrop recipient lists.

Marketplace

The built-in marketplace accepts Base ERC-721 NFTs identified by contract address and token ID. A seller must approve the NFT before listing it. Listings can become unavailable if ownership or approval changes, and buyers must confirm the live listing before purchase. Fungible-token listings are not supported.

No promises of value

NFTs, rarity tiers, collector levels, set completion, XP, and MINTC are digital items or status features, not investments. Minting does not promise resale value, profit, rewards, or future payouts.

Liability

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the operator is not liable for wallet mistakes, network outages, third-party software, lost keys, market changes, or creator-supplied content.
